Ministry Events, Building and Announcement Request
Department (Ministry) Leaders, please use the links below to submit Announcement Request and Event/Building Request forms. The calendar provided below will allow you to see if the dates and times you are requesting are available, before submitting your requests.
- Event Requests must be turned in AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR to date requested. To submit a new ministry event or meeting, click here.
- Announcement forms must be turned in ONE WEEK PRIOR to when you would like the announcement to begin running. To submit a new announcement request, click here.
