CYRUS FELLS FLANAGAN SCHOLARSHIP

The CFF Scholarship Fund was established in 2013 in honor of the Founder of this great work, Pastor Cyrus Fells Flanagan. One of Pastor Flanagan’s greatest passions, was developing young people. He believed purpose rests in each and every person that he met; and simply wanted to drawn it out. Rev, as we fondly called him, worked tireless hours being a blessing and always taught the importance of planting seeds. As you accept this application, understand that it is a continuation of the work that he began.

Under the leadership of Bishop-Elect Quincy and Lady Michelle Griffin, the work continues. As you accept this scholarship, understand that it is a continuation of the work that Reverend Flannagan started, and continues through this scholarship.
